Get ready for an exciting adventure with ULI YLG during the Connected Community Bike Tour, led by the team at Laneshift. Our goal is to explore the incredible impact of bike infrastructure on community development and connectivity in Springdale while having a blast! We want to show you how bike infrastructure can create fantastic opportunities for economic development and investment, especially when we have the right infrastructure in place.

We highly encourage you to bring your own bike and all participants must wear a helmet while riding. If you do not have access to a bike, please contact us as soon as possible.

    AGENDA:

    • 4:00 PM: Event kick-off, meeting point is at Bauhaus Biergarten.
    • 4:30 PM: Ryan will lead us on an exciting bike loop tour of Springdale.
    • 5:45 PM: The tour will wrap up, and attendees may stay and enjoy happy hour until 7:00 PM. The perfect way to unwind and meet fellow participants.

Since the completion of Razorback Greenway in 2015, biking has become incredibly popular in Northwest Arkansas and a staple to many who live in the community. Many real estate and infrastructure projects now incorporate trails as one of the amazing amenities to highlight. Young Leaders will leave the event better understanding the impact they can have through their daily work in creating vibrant communities, and how cycling plays a vital role in achieving that.

During the tour, you'll have a chance to learn more from Ryan Hale about different modes of active transportation and how they fit into the city's overall infrastructure. Plus, he'll share insights on how we can all contribute to economic development.

Get ready for an exciting and educational experience that will leave you inspired to make a positive difference in our community!
