FAQs
I want to get involved with ULI. Where do I start?
The best way to get involved is to attend our educational programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please contact our NWA staff to discuss which ULI opportunities might be the best fit for you.
How do I become a member/renew my membership?
Go to uli.org/join to renew your membership or decide which package is right for you. Still have questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact our NWA staff.
When is my annual payment due?
Your annual payment is due by the last day of the month of your membership anniversary date. You will be contacted by ULI Customer Service as you approach your payment due date. Although most contact is generated by our office in Washington, D.C., your local ULI staff may also contact you.
How do I change my e-mail subscription preferences from ULI?
If you would like to receive more or less e-mail from ULI, please visit members.uli.org to update your settings, or simply unsubscribe from the type of e-mail you do not wish to receive.
Can my membership be transferred to another individual in the company?
ULI membership is held by an individual. You must be a member yourself in order to receive the benefits of membership. The only transferrable memberships are those that are a part of the Public Agency or Sustaining memberships.
Do I have an option to join at the local level?
ULI membership is global. When you join ULI, you are able to participate as a member at the local, national, and international levels.
When I change locations (city, state, country), does my membership go with me?
Yes. Simply update your profile in my.uli.org with your new contact details.
I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if registration has closed (registration typically closes 2 days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011.
I’d like to attend an event but registration is closed. Can I still go?
Please contact our NWA staff before attempting to register on-site to ensure space is available. (NOTE: registration fees typically increase for on-site registration.)
Why am I not receiving ULI Oklahoma emails?
Have you added ULI Oklahoma to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. If your information is up to date, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011.
My password is not working when I try to login to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password on the ULI login page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011.
My Company is a ULI NWA Sponsor. What events can I attend and how many free passes does my company have?
The number of tickets a company receives depends on their level of sponsorship. Please contact our NWA staff to determine what level of sponsor your company is and how many tickets you would like for a particular event.
