Spring 2025 Recap: Growth, Celebration, and New Foundations at ULI Northwest Arkansas
Highlights from a spring filled with milestones, momentum, and meaningful progress.

NORTHWEST ARKANSAS- (July 8, 2025) — The Urban Land Institute of Northwest Arkansas (ULI NWA) is proud to recognize five distinguished members who have been named to Forty Under 40 lists by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal and Arkansas Business.
Four members were selected as part of the NWA Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Class of 2025:
These honorees are shaping the region through leadership in planning, development, infrastructure, and community engagement. Their work reflects the mission of ULI to promote responsible land use and sustainable, equitable communities.
In addition, Lee Porter, owner of Ozark Green Roofs and a dedicated ULI NWA member, has been named to the Arkansas Business Forty Under 40 list. Based in Little Rock, Porter’s leadership in architecture and design has contributed meaningfully to communities across the state, including the new Alice Walton School of Medicine.
The Forty Under 40 honors celebrate professionals under the age of 40 who are making significant impacts in their industries and communities. ULI NWA congratulates each of these leaders and applauds their continued commitment to shaping the built environment in Arkansas.
