REDI – Real Estate Diversity Initiative
REDI is a comprehensive real estate development training and mentorship program. Participants will partake in a comprehensive curriculum of all stages of development, envisioning a project from beginning stages to completion through mentorship from the program’s faculty and volunteers who have real world experience in development projects.
Graduates of the 2025 REDI program will not only develop their knowledge, relationships and confidence needed to succeed in the world of real estate development but will also walk away with all the components of a development pitch package for a project.

REDI Application - Application OPEN
- Applications are open and will close December 3, 2025 at 11:59 pm. All materials must be included for an application to be considered. Course fee of $295 will be requested upon acceptance into the course.
- Courses will begin January 26, 2026 and are scheduled for Mondays, 6-8PM, through April 20, 2026. Program graduation will be April 27, 2026. There will not be class on Feb. 16 (federal holiday) or March 23 (spring break).
- Registration includes 14 educational sessions, project based learning experience, peer mentorship, industry networking, and a ONE-YEAR membership to ULI (a $540 value, activated with program completion).
