Faithful Foundations offers real solutions to the regional affordable housing crisis, encouraging faith based communities to leverage the development of underutilized land into affordable housing. Through workshops, coaching, and technical assistance, ULI NWA provides organizations with the skills and networking opportunities to plan, fund, and develop housing projects.

ULI NWA has partnered with Acres to analyze properties owned by faith-based organizations and evaluate potential for affordable housing in support of the Faithful Foundations program. This effort helps visualize opportunities for affordable housing and mission-driven development across Benton and Washington counties.
