ULI Northwest Arkansas is pleased to host its fourth annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate luncheon, presented by Colliers Arkansas, on January 15. The annual event brings together regional real estate and development leaders to explore the forces shaping growth and investment across Northwest Arkansas.

This year’s event pairs insights from the national Emerging Trends in Real Estate® report with the debut of a first-ever Northwest Arkansas regional analysis. Developed through local focus groups and industry input, the regional report takes a closer look at what is driving, and slowing, growth across the region. Attendees can expect insights on construction challenges, emerging development opportunities, growth-ready areas, and financing trends to watch in the year ahead.

“Northwest Arkansas continues to grow and evolve at a remarkable pace,” said Wes Craiglow, Executive Director of ULI Northwest Arkansas. “This event is designed to move beyond headlines and provide locally informed insights that help our members and partners better understand where the region is headed, and how we can grow thoughtfully and strategically.”

The event is designed for professionals and stakeholders across the real estate and land use sectors, including developers, investors, planners, and community leaders. Participants will gain data-driven insights, hear from regional experts, and engage in meaningful discussion about the future of development in Northwest Arkansas.
