    Molly McCabe, CEO & Founder, HaydenTanner Co-Founder, The Lotus Campaign, A veteran of the Real Estate Industry, Molly describes herself as a Scout, MapMaker and BridgeBuilder. When she's not raising capital or working on an development project you can find her hanging out with her Social Media Team (aka, her dogs) someplace outside. Molly co-founded The Lotus Campaign, a non-profit firm, to bring a private sector solution to increase the availability of homes for people experiencing homelessness by engaging the private, for-profit real estate community. (www.lotuscampaign.org) She founded HaydenTanner after spending many years in commercial real estate finance, capital markets and development. She has spent her career cultivating practical solutions and strategies to accelerate the emergence of resilient buildings and vibrant, sustainable cities. Now she works with clients to channel investment capital to optimize asset and portfolio level returns, enhance resiliency, community vibrancy and livability while meeting economic objectives. Recent work has focused on Qualified Opportunity Funds and Opportunity Zones. Molly is Chair Emeritus of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Responsible Property Investment Council, former board member of the Center for Sustainability and Economic Prosperity and current board member of The Fresh Water Trust. She is also the author of the book: Practical Greening: The Bottom Line On Sustainable Property Development, Investment and Financing and “Driving value: Responsible and Resilient Property Investing in the New Millennium” for Institutional Real Estate Investor. She has taught at the Boston Architectural College and has lectured at Pinchot University. Previously she founded VC funded, commercial mortgage backed securities firm, Bridger Commercial Funding, ran Bank of America’s Real Estate Capital Markets group and was a commercial construction lender with Wells Fargo Bank.

    Jake Quasney Chief Operating Officer Jake Quasney loves seeking creative solutions to complex problems. He works closely with all divisions of Lloyd Companies to deliver effective results for the company while identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization and partners. In addition to these roles, Jake works closely with capital partners and investors to capitalize projects.

    John McCurdy

    Director of Community Development, City of Rogers

    John McCurdy is a Rogers native currently employed with the City of Rogers as the Director of Community Development overseeing city planning and major construction projects. Mr. McCurdy graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Math, Science, and Engineering, and retired from active duty on March 31st, 2016 at the rank of Colonel. During a 5-year break in service in the 1990s, John was a retail Brand Manager at Tyson Foods, and Director of Retail Sales and Marketing at Simmons Foods. During his military career he was an instructor pilot in T-37, T-41, T-1, C-5, and RQ-4 aircraft. He was the Director of the Dover Air Force Base Command Post on 9/11, and oversaw immediate actions taken at Dover and around the world during the days that followed. He commanded the 12th Reconnaissance Squadron at Beale Air Force Base, conducting intelligence and surveillance operations over Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Horn of Africa; as well as natural disaster and drug interdiction operations throughout the world. He later commanded the joint, international 738th Air Expeditionary Advisor Squadron in Kabul, Afghanistan during 2010, and oversaw the establishment of all formal training programs to support the newly formed Afghan Air Force. Upon redeployment, he was assigned to the Air Force Academy to establish an unmanned aerial vehicles training program, served as the Director of Research for the Dean of the Faculty, and then retired as the Director of the Air Force Center for Character and Leadership Development. He is a Command Pilot and the recipient of the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, Bronze Star Medal, and the Legion of Merit. Mr. McCurdy accepted his current position with the City of Rogers following a 1-year stint as a private contractor advising the United Arab Emirates regarding leadership and professional development programs.     Dan Smith

    Land Broker, Colliers Arkansas

    Dan specializes in land brokerage and multifamily properties. Dan has been a commercial real estate broker since 2009 when he gained experience in every asset type handling dispositions for multiple lenders during the recession in the Raleigh-Durham market. Dan’s experience with Northwest Arkansas' land entitlement, zoning, utilities, floodplains, multifamily, and residential density is a huge benefit to his clients. His CCIM designation, Master of Real Estate Development degree, varied experience, and ability to leverage technology help Dan add value to client development projects and investment properties. Dan relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2020 and joined the Colliers Team. Prior to entering real estate brokerage Dan was an Armored Cavalry Officer in the U.S. Army for 13 years.

    I've worked in the design and construction industry for over 20 years. As a consultant for the past 8 plus years, specializing in efficient architectural lighting design, integrated design facilitiation and owner representation. Just over a year ago, I began working as commercial loan officer at a local community bank. My desire is to use my experience and current access to funding to see urban development prosper in the NW Arkansas region.

    Bo Diamond

    Managing Partner, Caisson Capital Partners

    Bo Diamond is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Caisson Capital Partners. In this role, Mr. Diamond is responsible for all day-to-day activities related to capital raising, investor relations, investment sourcing, and transaction execution. Mr. Diamond has over 15 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking. He has executed real estate transactions across the U.S., with a particular focus on ground-up development and opportunistic deals. In aggregate, Mr. Diamond has been involved both domestically and internationally in the execution of over $20 billion of transactions in both public and private markets. Prior to his role at Caisson Capital, Mr. Diamond held roles at Arc Real Estate, Ackman-Ziff Real Estate, UBS Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, and Wells Fargo Securities. Mr. Diamond has an M.S. in finance from Villanova University and a B.S. in architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has also completed real estate focused executive education at Harvard Business School and the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Mr. Diamond is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving as the revenue chair for the northwest Arkansas district council. He is a member of the Fayetteville, Arkansas Mayor’s Housing Crisis Task Force. He also has taught as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas Walton School of Business.
