Come hear from urban planner Joe Minicozzi and imagine new ways to think about and visualize land use, urban design and economics associated with downtown planning. Joe founded Urban3 to help planners, government officials, and others interested in land use better understand and visualize market dynamics created by tax and land use policies.

Joe will empower you to have a deeper understanding of how land value economics, property and retail tax, and community design are interrelated and drive how your community can keep up with its needs. He will use Bentonville and Benton County as an example and empower you with data needed to clearly understand the economic impact of development. Attendees will be able to take the knowledge and principles back to their communities to create more sustainable and prosperous places right here in NWA.

Attendees will feel confident with the knowledge they gain and will be able to go back to their communities to create a more sustainable economic growth right here in NWA.
