Join ULI Northwest Arkansas' Women's Leadership Initiative for a behind-the-scenes tour of First Street Flats, downtown Rogers’ first large-scale multifamily community, developed by Specialized Real Estate Group.

Led by Cory Amos, Development Manager at Specialized Real Estate Group, this guided tour will explore the project's transformation from the historic Ozark Cider & Vinegar Company site into a thoughtfully designed, community-oriented living space. You'll hear about the vision, challenges, and strategies that shaped the project—from adaptive reuse and sustainability goals to urban design and housing accessibility. The project is working to achieve net-zero.

This is a HARD HAT tour. If you have your own PPE, you may bring it for the tour. Please ensure you have safety glasses, a vest, and hard hat. If you do not have the required PPE, we will have enough for up to 30 participants. Please let us know if you need PPE so that we can plan accordingly. Closed-toe shoes are required.
