    Attainable Housing Series, Event Two
Housing affordability throughout the U.S. has once again become an increasing concern as demand has bounced back following the Great Recession in both urban and suburban areas. A largely untold chapter in the story of America’s housing affordability challenge is the shrinking share of modestly-priced, newly-constructed, for-sale homes—what ULI calls “attainable housing.”

During each Wednesday in May, ULI NWA will host a one-hour digital event to explore the topic of attainability more deeply. Over the four-week series, we will reveal supply and demand trends, emerging housing types, a case study, and a roundtable discussion about the future of middle-class housing affordability in NWA.

Join us on May 13th at 10a as we discuss emerging housing product solutions that will ensure balance in supply and demand, provide diversity in the marketplace, and ultimately provide ownership attainability to a greater share of the NWA middle class.

Free to ULI Members and non-members. Registration required.
