The 2025 WLI Mentoring Program is now accepting applications – for both Mentees and Mentors.

The 2025 WLI Mentorship Program will kick off with a Mixer on January 15th at the Supply Chain Hall of Fame in Rogers from 4:00-6:00 PM.

PROGRAM INFORMATION:
The WLI Mentoring Program is designed to connect women who are ULI members with established professionals and provide the opportunity to get to know future women leaders in the industry. The program creates opportunities for both participants – mentees and mentors – to grow by sharing their knowledge and experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and respect.
This is a great opportunity to learn from your peers and leaders in the industry and enhance your professional and personal network. ULI staff and committee members will pair applicants with mentors that best fit the information and description provided in applications/profiles, however, not every applicant is guaranteed to be paired with a mentor.
Mentors and mentees commit to meeting together at least one time per month at their convenience for the duration of the program and to attending the planned Mentorship Mixers. The program provides a year-long opportunity to share and discuss issues facing real estate professionals in a one-to-one format.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
- January 15, 2025: Mentorship Mixer Program launch event with all interested mentors and mentees, including an overview of the program, materials and resources, and mentor/mentee relationship training.
- Location: MJ's Pizzeria, 838 N 48th St suite a, Springdale, AR 72762
- Time: 4:00-6:00pm
February 5, 2025: Matches announced!
- February 13, 2025: Mentorship Pairing Happy Hour and Introductions. Informal meeting where mentors and mentees can meet for the first time. Questions will be answered about the program format.
- Location: Black Apple Hard Cider, 321 E Emma Ave, Springdale, AR
- Time: 4:00-6:00pm
- April 10, 2025: Mentorship Social - reconnect with mentees and mentors at this networking happy hour.
- Location: Ozark Beer Company, Rogers, AR
- Time: 4:00-6:00pm
- May 8, 2025: Mid-program check in with all the teams, including leadership training.
- Location: Lady Slipper, Bentonville, AR
- Time: 4:00-6:00pm
- July 10, 2025: Summer Social! Designed to help mentees and mentors reconnect over happy hour during the mentorship program.Location: 1 East Mountain St, Fayetteville, AR
- Time: 4:00-6:00pm
- September 11, 2025: Fall Social - happy hour with mentees and mentors in the WLI Mentorship Program. This will be our last group gathering before the end of the 2025 program.
- Location: Black Apple Hard Cider, Springdale, AR
- Time: 4:00-6:00pm
- November 2025: All participants come together for networking and closing remarks on the next steps in mentor programming and succession planning. We will also highlight successes and lessons learned. Finale at the Place Summit.
MENTORSHIP MIXER:
Before matching mentorship pairings, WLI will host a Mentorship Mixer on January 16, 2025. This mixer is designed to have fun ways for participants to connect and get to know one another. Each participant will have the opportunity to list their ‘top three’ mentors/mentees and the WLI committee will use this information for mentor pairings.
- PROGRAM FEE:
- The cost of participation by mentees is $125 per year (for ULI members), upon selection to the program.
- The cost of participation by mentees is $175 for non-members, upon selection to the program.
