This planning effort marks a major step forward in shaping a connected, resilient, and vibrant future for Centerton’s growing community. The master plan will build a cohesive vision for both the city’s historic “Old Town” district and a new town center south of Centerton Boulevard, with a focus on placemaking, mixed-use development, infrastructure strategy, and floodplain-sensitive design.
